Further information The service covers all four Lothian Drug & Alcohol Action Teams and Local Authority areas. This service is a quasi residential rehab programme where clients attend during the day and are housed in seperate accommodation in the evenings. The service is funded by the Scottish Executive and managed by NHS Lothian, it is a partnership approach with the City of Edinburgh Council.
