Further information Through care service also available for those due for release with addiction issues. Same address and contact numbers as DTTO. Client group is anyone over 16 with any addiction related issue wishing voluntary support (for up to 6 weeks) post liberation. This is a voluntary service funded by criminal justice. Referrals from prisoner, Phoenix prison staff or social work in the prison. Work is mainly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, although also advice and guidance or counselling is used. The treatment programme is CBT/social learning/groupwork/counselling/drug testing. The treatment programme lasts between 6 months and 3 years.
